RynkUp offers digital learning services including MCQ tests, mock exams, and analytics.
Users are eligible for a refund within 3 working days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund can be requested within 3 working days if:
- You are not satisfied with the service
- You accidentally purchased a plan
- Duplicate payment was made
- Payment was successful but access was not provided
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable if:
- The request is made after 3 working days
- A significant portion of the course/test has already been used
- Any misuse or violation of platform policies is detected
⚠️ Important: Please request your refund within the 3-day window. Requests after this period will not be processed.

5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
6. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time
- Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund beyond the 3-day window
